Welcome to Sunsets at Sanctuary villa.
With beautiful views over the conservation area and daily visits from the local Florida Sandhill cranes just relax by the pool and spa before enjoying stunning sunsets from the pool deck each evening.

Our luxury 4 bedroom villa is only 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World theme parks, which is perfect for guests wanting to enjoy the theme parks, but also perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a hectic day meeting Mickey and friends, riding the rollercoasters or even shopping.
​
Our villa is also on the door step of the prestigious golf courses at Championsgate.

Rates:
2023: 1st January to 6th January. - from £145.00 per night
7th January to 16th December - from £130.00 per night
17th December to 31 December - from £150.00 per night
​
2024: 1st January to 6th January. - from £150.00 per night
7th January to 16th December - from £135.00 per night
17th December to 31 December - from £155.00 per night
​
Pool and spa heating is optional.
For any booking of less than 7 nights a mandatory cleaning fee of £110 will be added to the price of the booking.
​
All quotes will include the 12% Florida state and county taxes.
​
We require a small deposit of £200.00 to secure your booking and the balance is then due 12 weeks before your date of arrival.
A refundable security deposit is applicable to all bookings
​
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque or credit card.
