All of our rates for stays of 7 days or more are inclusive of:
12% Florida State and County taxes
End of stay clean fee

All rates are from £140 per night in low season
2025
All rates are from £150 per night in low season
2026
All rates are from £160 per night in low season
ADDITIONAL FEES

£20.00 per night pool and spa heating (optional)

£90 Late check out fee up to 6pm

£110 clean fee for any stays of less than 7 nights

£300 refundable security deposit for each booking
All bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking
The balance will be due 12 weeks before the date of arrival
