Our Rates
All of our rates for stays of 7 days or more are inclusive of:
Pool Heating (between Oct to April only)
12% Florida State and County taxes
End of stay clean fee
ADDITIONAL FEES

£90 Late check out fee up to 7 pm

£110 clean fee for any stays of less than 7 nights

£300 security deposit for each booking
All bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking
The balance will be due 12 weeks before the date of arrival
